- Financial Report: Treasurer – report given by the Secretary as Robin couldn’t attend the meeting

- Web Site: no report. Check issue of downloading and printing membership application form
- Repeater Reports: all working fine. Interference that appears to be originating at QMR has reappeared. Seems to be an annual issue that starts about the end of May and lasts through the summer. Suspected houseboat company radio frequency issues. Phil to speak Vella Radio Links to see if they have any ideas about this.

9.1 Logo embroidery set-up fee – this is no longer an issue as Otto Pfannschmidt has already created the file and at a reduced cost of $55.00 from the original $70.00 quoted
9.2 M:Dave S: Bruce , that we renew our SASCU booking of the Orchard room for another year CARRIED
- Information Only Items:
10.1 Dave has the contact information for the Salmon Arm Legion to apply for grants. A letter outlining our plans and expenses required .
10.2 Field Day- June 27/28 to be held at the QTH of Peter Rizzi. Volunteers for set up and radio operation needed
10.3 Fall Fair – August 28th, 29th and 30th. Circle these dates on your calendar. Volunteers for our booth will be needed.
10.4 Phil reports that Al Neufeld is still in hospital – Rm 407, visitors welcome. He is waiting a bed in the Piccadilly Care facility.
10.5 Link to Kamloops – Phil has been in contact with Shane Jefferies of the Kamloops club. They have reverted back to previous Daniels equipment which will link with our RNH repeater. Kamloops has also replaced the Mt. Lolo repeater which has links to Vernon/NORAC and they have also got the Greenstone repeater back in operation.
10.6 RNH site visit – Phil and a neighbour, with a side by side, will be doing a visit to RNH to get some measurements of the building for further planning on roof repairs. Others are welcome to participate but will need their own transportation to the site. Date to be announced.
