7. Repeater Reports:

7.1 VE7RNH – 146.760- : working fine.  RLC1+ controller not replaced due to some additional technical issues.

7.2 VE7AHR – 147.140+: working fine.  Maintenance scheduled for September 13^th.

7.3 VE7QMR – 145.470-: working fine.  Vella Radio Links has placed the SOLAR battery charger on site.This charger is plugged into the Vella generator and will charge the batteries running our repeater when the solar panels are covered in snow.

7.4 VE7RSA – 147.020+: no report

8. Club Correspondence: None
9. New and Unfinished Business:

9.1 Notice of Motion – the Table Officers and Directors meet to develop a policy on Club liability on expenses incurred by members involved in Club activities and report back to the October meeting.                                    APPROVED by the meeting

9.2 Meeting venue – M: Robin         S: Al       , that we change our meeting venue to the Orchard Room at the uptown Salmon Arm Savings and Credit Union (SASCU)                                                                                                                                      CARRIED

9.3 Emergency Portable Radio – M: Robin   S: Gary  , that the issues with this radio be dealt with at the Table Officers and Directors meeting and report back to the October meeting.                                                                                CARRIED

10. Information Only Items:

10.1  Meeting with Tom Hansen (SEP Coordinator) Monday, September 15^th @11:00AM.  Robin, Celia, Dave and Peter to attend

10.2  Logo – Gary presented a potential logo.  He is now going to investigate options for printing

10.3  Recruitment poster – Peter has prepared a poster to be distributed to the membership for feedback.

10.4  Robin is now the official sponsor of the RSA repeater
