For the first time ever, the SARC Field Day was held at the QTH of Peter Rizzi VE7RZZ in South Canoe, Salmon Arm in conjunction with a Radio Flea Market on the premises.

As per usual, two stations were operated with the club designation 2A BC using the call VE7RC.

All work was done with SSB on 20, 40, and 80 meters using wire antennas. Seventy-eight contacts were made in all, with a number of stations contacted on both 40 and 80.

Those present at the Field Day / Flea Market, one or both, included Robin VE7HMN, Dave VA7HDY, Simon VE7SHG, Ron VE7RLE, Tim VA7TMK, Wayne VA7VT, Robin VE7SRH, Rick VE7BYN, Al VE7AN, Mike VE7LOG, Peter VE7RZZ, and Anne VE7RZE with apologies to those who may not have been listed.
